good dim-sum in san mateo/redwood city?

Joy Luck in San Mateo is decent enough. China Village in Ralston and ABC was the place we used to go to before with Alvin. Remember where that Honda Civic purchase was hatched up.

Car Info: baby blue TRICK STAR on pink TUFF II's (MIA) =(
ABC Seafood in Foster City is decent for dim sum. Mr. Fong's in Belmont is okay too, but I'd really suggest driving down to Millbrae and hitting either Flower Lounge or **** Yuen instead tho. They're both on El Camino off Millbrae Ave. FL at the intersection, and FY is about 1.5 blocks north. FL is a lil more boojee/expensive, bigger, and cleaner.
Dim sum is better in SoCal, imo. There aren't any real great places up here. Koi Palace is okay....kinda overrated, but it's popular cuz it was the first dim sum joint outside of Downtown SF to provide a higher level of customer service and decor/ambience. Harbor Village at the Embarcadero used to be really good, but they closed down a few years ago. Yank Sing ("the one w/all the glass") is pretty much running things down there. The white folk+non-Asians flock in droves to their spots, but their dim sum is pretty good and still semi-authentic.
Tong Kiang on 23rd & Geary is highly regarded, and I'd say the praise they receive is pretty well deserved. it's usually hella crowded, and parking sucks around there tho, esp. on weekends.
