?? heh.. it really is only a matter of time.. I for one believe the playstation is on its way out.

At work I cannot believe HOW few games there are for the PS3 versus the 360, wii, DS, PSP etc etc. its sad actually.. you pay top dollar for no option. well at least you have a blu-ray player right? Although I'd rather have HD-DVD anyday

 

sony put too much money on the ps3 to just give up now. with that being said, if the ps3 doesn't do any better by 3rd quarter 08 then yea... i'd then say they are done.

I think they will take off soon tho. remember, xbox 360 sucked for the first year also

 

if you read the whole article, it makes no sense what so ever. I doubt with MGS4 and GT5 on the way, sony will bail now.

 

^^i agree but in many ways I feel Sony is on its way to being out of the market for a while then coming back.

 

if that article is real and sony is going to do that, the ps4 can't be far from the ps3 in terms of hardware and technology... common... ps4 end of 08?

 

Also if this article is real, why would they post dates for the upcoming Playstations as well (the PS5 1yr after the PS4?) That's what makes me think this is phoney.

heh. I am not using the story as my source LOL.

I am just saying based on what I have seen I think the PS3 is going to cause their flop. Then they will return with a PS4 and blow **** up.

 

remember the old ps2 ad with the ps9? that was awesome.... dude was like defusing a bomb... and then it black screens and says "ps2... the beginning"

yeah I cant believe they couldnt get more apps out for the PS3, its such an awesome console. I bought mine a while back just for the Bluray but thought I might grab a couple games if anything cool came out, should have waited, they are trying to sell them for cheaper than what I paid used in the spring, at least I wasnt one of those poor schmucks that paid 2K+ for them when they came out, d'oh!

 

give it time... i think ps home is comming out in a few months... if not months next year... HAHA
