dont go to a chiropractor, try bowen therapy. Chiropractors "allign" the bones, only to have the affected muscles pull them back out of alignment. Bowen actually works on the muscles, putting them back how they should be, and releaving you of the pain in your bones as it no longer pulls it into an incorrect postion.

A good chiropractor won't try to align... they try to restore proper motion and range of motion.
On the plus side Bruce... at least you'll get to replace the crappy factory paint

Dammit, something very weird is happening to me when I lay down... When I lay on my side with my head elevated with a pillow, the room starts spinning as if I were drunk off my ***! I get so dizzy and disoriented that its not even funny. My neck is really sore which is expected, but why am I getting dizzy like this? The dizziness has happened about 5 times now when I lay my head to the side... It's freaking me out, I guess I gotta go to the doctor again!
That makes 3 hospital visits already!

sounds like a nerve issue, or something is swollen and cutting off circulation to your mellon when you are in a certain position. (my non-doctor opinion based on a basic understanding of anotomy)
Make sure to keep documentation of your damages. Doctors visits, loss of wages (or ability to work if you are unemployed or collecting unemployment), pain and suffering, etc. When time comes for court, you will need something to justify your claim for $$.
Oh, and I hope you feel better. Neck and back injuries suck *****, and not in a good way.
