I like the crazy story idea, or maybe even have someone "random" email you saying that they got your email from a mutual friend, and they had to let you know that your girlfriend is cheating on you. Be vague so she will not think too hard about it.

are you using Gmail?
if so, at the bottom of the page you will see this:
Last account activity: 0 minutes ago at IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Details
You can click on the details and it will show you everywhere that you are logged in from. That should show you if she is logged in from home, or wherever too. You can also logout all other sessions from that page too

If you leave yourself logged into your email, there is a good chance you do the same here. If you mention I-club a lot or she see's you on here a lot, you better believe she is checking here too.
With that in mind make a new email account and send whatever messages you want to yourself with it - such as one where you have a convo (with yourself) about how you feel bad about ****ing her best friend, and how you steal money from her, oh and how you check her emails because you don't trust her
