bah...lay of the guy..he just dealt with some serious crap.
If the guy was that bad I probably would have started to record stuff...then got the police involved. Filed for a restraining order. Got the guy a criminal record. Would teach the bastard right.

Dude, I went through a similar thing with my phone at home. The number was a fax machine for some business before I got it. The f'ing phone would ring all the time and at all hours just pissing me off. I started to go through all the bs of stopping calls and whatnot and just realized all the time I was wasting by not just changing the number in the first place.
Not quite the same as harassment but the take home lesson is: don't let fools affect your life, just change the damn number.
