Talking Getting the turboxs exhaust today but one question

I am sorry in advance but I tried to search for a thread comparing the two types of exhaust.

The Turboxs Rear Muffler Version II RFL-Ti
vs
Turboxs Rear Muffler (standard)

I guess I just wanted to see the difference between the two from noise, performance and anything else. I am a total newbie with these subaru but eager to learn!!!

If the difference is just noice, then I am getting the standard one since its cheaper and also I dont want to get pulled over.

Thanks in advance. I already got my eyes on World One website since their price for the standard is a cheap $389 shipped.
