Question Getting the Power Bug again... what next?

With my chassis and suspension finally in a good spot; I'm starting to get the itch to get more power out of my STI, but unsure where to go with it.

The current setup
2004 STI Stock internals in engine, 110K miles
Blouch 16G-XTR turbo Installed and custom tuned by GST
Underdrive pulley
Catted Bellmouth Downpipe
Airbox-silencer delete.
Electric Cutout on stock exhaust (makes no diff in power BTW)

Basic Goals:
This car gets driven daily, it has to stay streetable.
Must keep cats and be able to pass tailpipe emissions. No Front Mount I/C's
I autocross pretty often, throttle response and bottom end power are important (read: no massive turbos)
With it's limited availability, I don't think I'd be comfortable doing an E85 conversion.

Stuff I'm considering now and wondering if are worth it:
Full Header (equal length??)
EQ or Grimmspeed Exhaust crossover with stock manifolds
750cc Fuel Injectors
Maybe a Top Mount Intercooler, but assume this will cause more throttle lag

I know I'll probably discuss with Mike at GST too... but knowing how busy the guy is I hate bugging him.
I'm also considering putting the money into a new Limited Slip unit for the Rear to try and dial out more understeer...

Opinions/thoughts requested.

I would say; a turbo inlet, intake, and equal length headers/up pipe and a retune should give you some hp

All depends what you think streetable is. Some guys with 450-600whp (not saying that's what you're going for) think it's more streetable than stage 2 or even stock. All because the turbo kicks in later in the rpms so just cruising around town you're not in boost so much.

Buddy has a 550whp subie he dailys. he gets better gas mileage than me too since hes never in boost. Being in it is like being in a normal 4 door car until you go half throttle or more then its a monster.

How about a meth kit? I know alot of guys go the e85 route for power but it was an inconvenience for me as a daily driver so I went the meth route. I have it triggering at 13psi so most daily driving will never use any. You will get a few more lbs of boost from your current setup.

As you know, pushing power on a stock block is always a gamble. Good to have some cash on the side for the unexpected.

Might as well get headers and an xpipe to free up the exhaust a bit

My vote goes for an '06-'07 Z06 LS7 swap, complete with the rear trans-axle fabbed into a custom subframe in the rear. Would be pretty sweet. Make it look bone stock other than Z06 wheels and brakes.
