hey if I am just a few months into my 6yr 100k mile warranty how does the refund process go if I wanna return it?

Does it depreciate from the day i drive the car off? or does it start to depreciate from the day the default 3yr 30k mile ends?

That is where I am confused... because the extended warranty only works AFTER the 3yr.. so i would think only a couple months of depreciation would have happened thus far.

also how do I go about getting a refund for it?

 

Go into any Suby dealership, or call the number that should be on the paperwork for the ex. warranty. Dunno about Suby, but HondaCare warranties (I sell them :P ) it's a pro-rated fee. It's pro-rated based on milage and years/time. It starts when you buy it, not when the factory warranty expires. Hope that helps.

 

Yep, go to where you bought it and get a refund from the F&I manager you bought it from! You should see at least 90% back ~

If I am can even get 50% back It would be huge help with getting my motor back in place.

 

I had one that i didnt use.. Subaru gave me 100% back. They told me if you use any of the coupons they just deduct that work but refund dollar for dollar back to you. So since i didnt use mine i got the full $1600. back that i paid into it.

 

I paid 1900 god damn it haha.
