so I totally did this exact same thing in 2010 on 101S in Marin when it suddenly started to pour and the tires on my vette were bald, just kept going in the slow lane and everyone behind me that saw it that drove by gave me all these concerned faces like, "Dude, are you okay??" I would just kind of shrug and wave.
