Garage Floors
Thinking one of the three:
Epoxy Paint
Black/White Tile
Interlocking Plastic Tiles
I'm leaning towards just painting the floor, looks pretty good and easy to do. Real tile floor is what I really want to do, but don't really want to spend the $ and time. I saw the plastic garage tiles they sell at Costco, but they look kinda cheap.
Anyone else do a nice floor and what did you do?

We epoxy painted the floors in my garage. Easy to do and very easy to clean. A brush and a hose and the thing looks brand new, even after countless nights of beerpong.
My garage was already painted when we moved in. it looked like it had been for some time. the guy before me was into wrenching. small nicks and chips so you can tell where jack stands and jacks have been over time. over all it looks good.

I was going to epoxy my moms kitchen and she said no after I bought it. Don't remember how much it was but if you want it send me a pm and you can have it cheap.

We've been talking about doing his garage at his new place.
In my opinion... if you own the place... epoxy it. If you're renting... get the interlocking tiles. Epoxy is the isht and it's cheap and it's customizable for colors if you so choose. If I owned my place I would have done it years ago.

Yea, I'll be shooting for epoxy when I get around to finish organizing everything and making sure everything has a place. I want to paint the walls too. Get rid of that dull brown color and redo the lighting. A lot of plans but not a lot of time to get it all accomplished yet.
I've used the epoxy in all of my garages. For yours, use epoxy. Etch and clean it really well. Let it dry completely. Sweep it really well. Apply epoxy, you can go pretty heavy with it. Do 4' sections sprinkle and so on. I've had good luck with applying a clear epoxy top coat too.
my garage was tiled when we moved in..after i got a hold of the garage..it looks like crap... =(.. loll stained, knicks, due to being so old some tiles started coming off as well. but that wasnt due to me.
If i had time i would remove and def epoxy the whole thing.

It's only a matter of time with those things. My buddies garage is like that. You just take a flat shovel to them and pop em off and start over. LOL.
