I know it's voluntary but FYI, northbound Skyline near Redwood Drive.

I'm going to go drive like a dangerous piece of ****, goddamn this country sucks *** hole, **** Uncle Obama. If it's Voluntary does that mean I can just drive on by? no not really, not if they stop you. So really it's not voluntary.

I was under the impression that they can then basically force you to pull over if you decline, is this not the case? Does any information get recorded that you decline?

No, it's 100% voluntary even if they direct you to pull over.

That's a pretty random place to have a roadside smog check. The number of cars that go through there is fairly small. Good lookin' out though Huck!
