do EMT's really need to watch their rearview mirror on a road like that? what are the chances of an emergency vehicle being passed by another?

The cop was a douche... nuff said....

The Paramedics were doing their job.... The cop had no reason to rush back to the Ambulance to b8tch at the driver. No matter what the driver "supposedly" did. Cop should have stayed at the crime scene where he was called to be. The cop also escalated the whole thing from the get go with all that attitude....

Just because you wear a badge....HOw dare you try to put a Paramedic under arrest??!??? BS! Bs! bs! OUt of all people?!? Cops think they have so much power wearing that uniform..... Damn I wish i could drop kick that officer in the face!

p.s. I don;t hate cops......I just hate these kind of cops... I see it all the time in the city.... COps speeding excessively, running stop signs, red lights, cutting through traffic like mad men (basically putting more people in danger IMO).....only get to a scene where there's already 8 cop cars there already!!! Seriously??!! Then they just sit there a chit chat....... Trust me, I've seen it several times.
