"I have stuff to do"

"apparently not...."

I'm just happy to see a domestic finally get pulled over for a BS violation

EDIT: just checked out the DOT Hoosier tires on tirerack.com, and atleast for the ones on the site, it says that though they are DOT approved, they are not suitable for highway use

'i have stuff to do" LOL good **** right there. the cop obviously did not give a **** and WANTED to give him a ticket.

do you have any clue where the video was taken? state/city?

I tried looking at the plate, or the decal on the cop car but its pretty low-red video

The problem is, he signed the ticket before he got out of the vehicle. If he wouldn't have signed it, he would have a had more of a chance not getting the ticket. But that's just my opinion. I need proof, or I don't sign anything, regardless of what it is or who it comes from.

smitty my friend if ya dont sign ya go to jail and if no one is in your car to drive it home then guess what, then your car gets towed and impounded.
not signing ticket=bad
by signing the ticket alls your saying is that you have your legal copy of the ticket, to prove by signature it was you and not someone else, and that you will appear in court on the assigned date at the bottom and thats where you fight and plea your case not on the side of the road cuz that just pisses the cop off. just keep your answers short and simple, be respectful(yes sir, no sir), and sign the ticket this will lead to less probs so then you can get your payback in court.

I understand, and there is nothing disrespectful about questioning the cops actions. Sure, go ahead and write me up a ticket if you have proof, but don't expect me to sign anything if you don't. Example, cop pulls you over for going (5 or 10) over the posted speed limit. He doesn't have it on radar. Sure, he'll try to write you up a ticket, but under what circumstances?? It's because people don't question it and people are cowards that they are able to write you up for anything these days.

I can guarantee you that the guy in the video would not have gotten a ticket if he would have questioned the cops actions before signing the ticket. Because he signed the ticket before checking, the cop was able to leave and told the kid to stick it. The cop got what he wanted. Why would he want to stand there and argue?

99% of the time it proves nothing and just makes the situation worse.
