Full Screen Video Lag Firefox

Sorry to make yet again another thread but Iclub seems to be the go to for my answers lately...imagine that

Whenever I try and watch full screen videos on Tumblr (tumblr hosted videos) it lags really badly. When I exit full screen its totally normal. On Safari it is totally normal, Youtube is totally normal on firefox too. All plugins and flash player are up to date.

I am using the latest Firefox on my MacbookPro (has plenty of ram ect). Any ideas?

Its only full screen on Tumblr...

Much Appreciated

Chrome's not all that great either if you're watching youtube videos. It doesn't work properly in full screen mode, due to a bug they have in their built in flash player, which they haven't fixed for years. Their only solution for this is to disable pepper flash and use your main flash lol. Still a hassle since it just reverts back to pepper flash after a while.

Have you tried turning on hardware acceleration in the flash settings?
