Frys - Concord
So I went to Frys in Concord the other day. Haven't been there in a while and was totally blown away. It looked like a scene from 2f2f. Just looking around I saw a hand full of Evo's and Suby's, and a truck load of slammed honda's and other unrecognizable things. Out here in Discovery bay it's mostly Corvettes, and big *** trucks. That actually makes perfect sense. It's the elderly clinging to youth. The Corvette is the epitome youth clinging. The big *** trucks are needed to haul their big *** boats around.
BTW, what is up with Fry's? Doesn't anyone working in that place know anything about what they're selling? I go into that store with full knowledge of what I'm looking for. It's painfully obvious that the knowledge the kids working there have, of the merchandise they're selling, goes no further than what's printed on the placard in front of the item. I'm not knocking Fry's, it's huge and has almost everything in the world...just make sure you know what you're looking for. I do appreciate not being rushed by a million different sales people trying to help me.

I've seen worst... Last time I went to Frys off of Hamliton looking for some 2 AWG wires. The guy showed me some 4 AWG wires. I said "it says 4 AWG on the box and I wanted 2 AWG". He was like "hmmm... you're right... hmmm..." I told him to forget it and left.
