Front camber bolts

I've googled it but my search results are not helping me. I'm wondering which direction the head of the bolt is supposed to face and if I face the lobe towards the inside of the car or outside to get the most negative camber

Is the bottom bolt still in? The direction of the head of the bolt for both the top and bottom bolts should be the same. I think the head of the bolt is supposed to face the front of the car.

I really don't recall about the direction of the lobe. Just try putting it in and turning the bolt and look at how the rotor position changes. It would really help if you had a camber gauge.

Anyways, good luck!
