Yeah... it sucks... he was 18years old... had his whole life ahead of him.

We are looking for the vehicle that did the hit and run. It is a Ford Truck/Expedition. It is maroon or chestnut color within the years of 1997-2003. The vehicle was heading Westbound toward Capitol (on Quimby Road). This occurred on March 1, 2004 between 1:30AM and 04:07AM.



Police ask anyone with information on the hit and run to call Detective Nhon Duong of the Vehicular Crimes Unit at: (408)277-4654. Those wishing to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at (408)947-STOP.

 

That's a shame. I guess it goes without saying, but checking local body shops might not be a bad idea.

the sj merky story doesnt mention that...

anyways, the expedition is the middle sized ford SUV, where the explorer is the smaller, the escape is the smallest and the excursion is the biggest...

shouldnt be that hard to distiniguish...

You know there are a lot of people in the early morning around that time that just run the red lights and stop signs in my area, off San Felipe. I was turning left at the light onto San Felipe around 5:30am (to meet and drive Jerry to SFO =( ) and a stupid a$$ jerkoff ran the red light straight up as I was making the left turn already. I highbeamed high and would have honked at him if my horn worked in my civic. So I gave him dirty looks at the next light and refrained from flipping him off. It's like what da hell are these people thinking when they run the red after it has been red for awhile....it's that type of driving that gets people into accidents and I wouldn't doubt it if that's what the suv driver did to that guy in the hit and run.
