My brother got a dui when he was 20, got one night in jail, license suspended + fines mostly because he was underage

He got his 2nd at age 26 (bac .13), spent the night in the drunk tank, laywered up, got the charges lowered, and had to pay a huge fine + restricted license and he hAs a breathalyzer in his car that he needs to blow into before starting and every 10-15min while driving

That's all I can really say as him and I don't really talk much anymore cuz of his life choices (what a surprise I know)

You're going to have to give more details than that if you want a better answer but you're guaranteed to lose your license a year. 50/50 on whether you'll be required to get a device installed in your car if you want your license back. Lots of community service (depends on judge really) and also 18 months of dui classes plus a ton of fines.

You have to learn your lesson the second time around. After that is mandatory jail time.

This is what I'm most interested in, the results of something like this, and the most common outcomes.
