Friday the 13th has become Saturday the 3rd
My miss fortunate day has come on the 3rd at 1200pm @ Golden Gate Park. I was on 19th heading North on Cross Over Dr and a red 96 Leagacy had ran a red light going East on Martin Luther King Dr and as soon as i hit the intersection i had T-Boned the vehicle.Question:If he was on a red, and i was on a green that was his fault right? (I ask cause old white guy said "I really don't know who's fault it is.")

The red car in background is the one i hit in the intersection

And here is the Leagacy

Sorry to hear bro, well time to get paid and visit Nurse Betty. Good Luck.
P.S. Yes it would be his fault (Fail to stop a solid circular red light) and give details to the story. Was he on a cell phone? Speeding? Etc. When you give your statement make sure to do it in writing and NOT by phone. If need to, get a lawyer to help you out. Even though he'll take 30% he'll make sure you get all you can.

really appriciate it.this just sucks cuz it seemed like he was trying to put it on me saying i was going fast when i was at 25-30 mph. he said "you hit me pretty hard so u could have been going really fast.
He is at fault. He is the one that ran the red light. I'm no expert, but the damage on your vehicle looks consistant to 25-30 mph impact with another moving vehicle. Don't appologize to the guy, he is in the wrong.

i didn't apologize at all. This is his story "Well i was going east on MLK Dr. by the time i had been moving after the vehicle in front of me made the left turn it was red light right before you hit me, after going north on cross over dr., and the vehicle next to you impared your vision on seeing me crossing the intersection. So I really don't know who's at fault. And you were going pretty fast."

The guy who ran the red is at fault and could have been cited for running it. However, his insurance company may try to claim that you are partially at fault for entering the intersection before it was clear. They may argue this based on the fact that you t-boned him rather than him hitting you.
It looks like some bad luck - hopefully you get some good luck out of the insurance companies.
[EDIT] BTW, was a report taken by the police? [/EDIT]
