Fogs don't work

Just to rephrase, when I take out the HID kit, everything works perfectly fine. So I know it is a problem with the ddm tuning 35w HID kit. I emailed them and haven't gotten a response back yet.
One thing I did notice is that the 20 fuse for the 35w ddm tuning hit kid was a little bit melted on one side, almost as if it got heated up so damn hot one side started melting a little bit...it looked potentially hazardous

the cheap hid kits tend to take a large amp draw when firing up. mine has never given me problems before a couple of days ago. when i fire up my low beams my ipod resets. its because one of my ballasts is a cheap one from ebay and not both ddm ballasts. i will replace it this weekend with a ddm one and see if it fixes the problem.
