FMIC Install-- Breather Hoses?

FMIC Install-- Breather Hoses?
I'm installing my WBR FMIC right now and am a bit confused on what to do with teh breather hoses (hoses that run accross TMIC). Do I just get some more hose and extend them? That seems like the realistic solution, but just wanted to double check.
