Nice Type 4. I will own a Porsche one of these days and it will be aircooled. I miss having an aircooled car, but at least I still have an aircooled bike.

Take it from me.... don't get a 70/71..... wiring nigtmare. But they are the lightest! Hit up 914world.com, guy always have cars for sale. Pick up a 1.8L and do a 2.0L swap......
didn't know that's what that meet was called.. lol. The times ive been there you havent.
They are 1970's jongbloed Race wheels. You can configure them as 7's which they are now, or swap the inner around and make them 6's... which look ugly and retarded. lol. But they are crazy light. the wheel it's self maybe weighs 10 lbs.... Which for this car is nutz. But they totally make the car. i had Fuchs on it and the car didn't stand out.
Stan, aircooled = win. As long as you stay by that you'll be fine. lol. You should do a 70's 911 and do a RS conversion on it. Those are herra seksy....
the next project i'm starting this week is a 69' CB350 Cafe Racer to match the 914, then I wanna do a 70' 911RS. And then i can experience death, cause there will be nothing else to live for.
