Driving home from dinner at Sausalito tonight.... i got involved in a 3 vehicle accident involving me in my dad's clk500, some dude's chrysler 300m, and some asshat in a ducati bike. (walter no offense, but he reminded me of you when you still had your hair in lockes... LOL!!)

this happened around 1030pm tonight on east bound Lombard right before the Van Ness intersection.

i'm on the far left lane when i see the *** in the ducati swerving thru traffic behind me... next thing you know the ****er splits the lane between me and the other guy in the 300m. then all of a sudden u hear a loud *THUD* on my car... then i see that guys bike hit my car and goes underneath the guys bumper next to me..... then before i realize it.... the biker was on the ground hella rolling and flipping.

The first thing we ask is if he's ok. then he asks "who's the car that hit me?!"

me and the dude with the 300m look at each other and we're both like "WTF!!! you split the lane between us and lost control.... and ended up hitting both of us... WTF are you talking about who hit you..."

cops eventually showed up... they took care of swapping information... no police report was necessary since it was against SFPD's policies to file one if no one goes to the hospital... what a ****in joke!!! are you serious!?!?!?!

All in all... me and the dude in the 300m are pissed... gonna claim insurance like none other on the bastard.... but we both drive off ok.. except the dude with the bike... well he was leaking gas already.. so that was done and over with for that bike until it gets repaired.... i hope he's happy that he still has his life despite how ****in stupid he was riding thru the damn streets...





WOW WHAT A GREAT WAY TO END A ****ING EVENING!!!!!!




btw... i spotted a wrb wrx sedan w/ goldies drive by on west bound Lombard.... anyone on here? i threw a deuce at you but you'd prolly be all weirded out ...












i felt pity for the biker... so i didnt take a pic of his bike and how ****ed up his **** was...

Even when I used to have an Erion Racing CBR 900RR, I never ever did that! I saw too many accidents like what you experienced tonight.

 

lots of scuffs on the 300m's rear bumper from when the bike when underneath it.... thats the only thing i can visibly see.....

my passengerside mirror is shot, and my rear quarter panel needs a pull and a fill prolly to say the least.... and thats all i can visibly see right now in the dark...

gotta wait till tomorrow morn to see the rest of it.

for future reference, be careful driving on lombard on fri/sat nights. there are some drunk idiots and people showing off out on that street. i almost killed some idiot fighting on the ground on the 3rd lane near where this happened to you.

as long as you and the 300M's driver story is the same, i wouldn't worry about motorcycle dude blaming you two.

Ahh, drove right past you guys, coming up to it I went "oh dang someone hit a biker". And I was mad there was an accident effing up traffic in the city when I was on a tight scheduled (AGAIN that day). One of the chicks I was driving gos "who smiles after they've been in an accident?"

It seemed like yesterday was the day of horrible drivers, I was being very cautionary in the Escalade and I still almost got ran into in various ways. I tried to stay in the middle lane on the way to/from Mas Sake.

 

Luckily, it doesn't look TOO bad from the pics.
Let insurance take care of everything, and I'm glad nobody (other than maybe the idot biker hehe) got hurt.

 

Yeah, some of those bikers think that they are totally invincible. Ironic, seeing as how they are on bikes, and so young usually.

Glad to hear things weren't any worse, and here's to hoping that biker learns his lesson, doubtful as it may be.
