Canelo hits like a truck, but he he really needs to fight someone who isn't runnin' on fumes. Good to see an upcoming star though. But obviously the top fighters, such as a Manny and Mayweather we're still waitin' to get into the ring. So far both of those have dropped similar opponents.
My Mexican friend and his whole household though Cotto won, I can't let him know other wise how Cotto lost a lot of the rounds except for maybe the middle part of the fight. Claimin' Mayweather "bled" enough said. LoL, Mexican pride!
Anyone have a good picture yet I can use as my Facebook cover pix?

There is no way Canelo will beat Floyd or Manny. At least not yet. Maybe in a few years when they're past their physical prime.
After Pacquiao's last fight , I was pretty certain Floyd had the upper hand. But last night, although he clearly won, I thought Floyd was a little out of his element. Almost like he was more aggressive than usual and was a little frustrated. If the fight ever happens, I will do everything I can to be there in person.
Btw, I went to London for a couple if days two weeks ago. My first time in the UK. I loved it. Next time I go I'm going to catch a soccer game.

What I saw from Mayweather is a different game. Dare I say he's turning a bit more Ali in the fights. Before it was clean, dominating fashion in and out. Now he's taken his game to a different level, exchanging punches, beating people at their game on the ropes. Letting the other guy come in and counter punching. It's amazing watching his eyes on the target while defending and counter punching.
I personally like it, he's willing to exchange and beat others at their game. Not just tactical domination anymore, now he's hurtin' opponents. Cotto's knee buckled in the 12th. That to me really signified that Cotto knew he lost and didn't complain whatsoever about the judges decisions.

So Pacman loses on some controversial score cards in Vegas 115-113, 113-115, 113-115 Bradley.
Marquez was way closer than that. There had to have been at least 7 decisive rounds for Pacman, I gave one round somewhere in the middle and the last 3 to Bradley.
I just hope boxing moves out of Las Vegas into some other venue. That scoring was SO bad that people are saying it was bought off because anyone in their right mind would have seen that Pacquiao pretty much landed when he wanted too and owned him most of the fight. I'd understand losing to Marquez, but Bradley? That's a joke. Bradley had ZERO POWER, doesn't know how to lean into shots and he's always off balance. So sad to add a loss to Bradley on the record of Pacman's.
Bradley can't win against Marquez, or Cotto.
Partially Pacman's fault, seemed like he eased up when Bradley eased up. If Bradley was coming hard Pacman would have responded like a mirror and pwned him. Pacman should have ended it in the 6-8th rounds.
I vote that boxing needs a new venue.

Some other guy quoted sayin' somethin' like... "I've never heard a winner say he needs to look at tape to review the rounds." lol
Probably because the winner knows they dominated. Not "I have to look at the tape" that reminds me of someone... OH YEA MIKE SINGLETARY, every time he was questioned on some part of a losing effort...

Simple... Pacman wins who's next... no one. No story. No money. The only guy that's a draw won't and now can't fight him for a while. So there's no story. Boxing needs new blood. They found it. There's a reason that dude came in so confident.
Pacman lost some fans recently and has been in controversy. Now he has a loss... NOW Vegas has a story... the come back. The rematch.
He was robbed. This is why I NEVER watch boxing anymore. It's fixed and everyone knows it. At least in MMA if a dude gets caught he gets caught. There are questionable and more than likely biased decisions but it's difficult to fix a 3 round fight. It's there but not as bad.

Mayweather is world's highest-paid athlete: $85M
Forbes.com named Mayweather its highest-paid athlete over the last year. Mayweather earned $85 million, knocking golfer Tiger Woods out of the top spot that he has held since 2001. Woods fell to third behind another boxer, Manny Pacquiao, who earned $62 million. Woods took home $59.4 million.

"So let's make this fight happen. Manny Pacquiao, [Top Rank promoter] Bob Arum, you guys have been ducking us for years. We're tired of you guys fooling the public, fooling the critics. You guys didn't want to take random blood and urine testing, so that's why it didn't happen. Then I offered you $40 million, then you didn't want to make the fight happen. You lost twice, now you coming back begging for the same money. That's not gonna happen. Let's make the fight happen for the people and the fans. Mayweather versus Pacquiao, May 2, Cinco de Mayweather."
