Figured I'd start the official thread for these two now.
Tentative set on March 13th or May 1st (I'm guessing March 13th, Pacman runs for congress in the PI a week after May 1st, so fighting the week before probably wont be suitable for him.)
If I had to place a bet, I'd go with 50 on Mayweather =P. (I'm not a hardcore gambler)

Manny is what Mayweather hasn't fought. Manny will take it. But it's going to be a long fight. Manny will let mayweather hit him for 3-4 rounds, and look for mayweather to relax, and then bring the crazy angles, much like what he did with Cotto.

I've been reading boxing forums and the majority says Mayweather by split decision. They all believe that Mayweather will be able to stay away from Manny's hands while landing jabs on Manny. Mayweather plays really safe boxing although its not exciting to watch he gets it done.

If he doesn't get his election thoughts in his way, he should win it. I'm just concerned about how he has and will have too many things on his plate.....elections, wife problems because of girlfriend on the side..etc.etc....We'll see as it gets closer to the date.
No doubt I'm going for Manny, but like everyone else is saying, it will definitely be a good fight till the end. No matter who wins the fight coming in March, there's a definite rematch. My predictions. First fight: Manny will win. Rematch: Mayweather Final: Manny will take the final. There's going to be a lot money $$$ in this fight.

its all up to if manny can hit mayweather. mayweathers quickness is the key to his fight.
