Fiberglass

Anyone on here worked with it enough to help me out with a custom project?

I want to fab up two custom sub enclosures in the back out my outback. Ive seen this done before but dont have a ton of experience with fiberglass.

I have been searching for it too no avail. Who made that thread about a spare tire sub box? They did some good looking fiberglass work and I have been meaning to do one similar. I have done a little work with fiberglass and I would recommend making something simple out of it first to get an idea of how to work with it. I have, however, never tried to make a fiberglass mold of something (basically what that is) I hear getting it to release is the tricky part.

the hardest part about most things like starting a fiberglass project in your car is having the ***** to start. if you decide to go ahead with your project, im down to bring my minimal knowledge to the table. when you buy products dont forget the important things, like plenty of proper measuring cups, wood stir sticks, tape and foil, fleece, staples. tap plastics will be your bestfriend
