Those are two reasons....there are about 563 others. Ferrari will N-E-V-E-R be in WRC. Read NEVER. Pronounced Ne-VER. Alternate definitions: not ever, not going to happen, put down the crack pipe.

^^^ the 2.0l 4 banger requirement alone will stop them.
Not to mention FIA rules require the car to be raced must come from the factory as a 4 door and be sold in mass volume, something like 10k plus units.
