Hello fellow Suby fans. I'm need help. I just help my little brother by his first car, which happens to be a 2001 Impreza 2.5RS. I've done a ton of maintenance and sent it out to shop to have the clutch replaced. Now it seems the input shaft bearing is out and the tranny either needs a rebuild or replacement. If anyone of you know someone with a compatible 5-speed transmission laying around or know of a place that can do the repair for <$500 please contact me. We can't afford another $1000 replacement at this time (obviously I'm not rich). I have a 3-month old daughter and I can't afford the time or money to this project.
