Something I don't get is the "threshold amount."
my threshold is $15, so when the balance hits that they charge my card $25 (which they just did today). Now I have a balance of $37..
I didn't need $25 more when I still had $15 credit to use................
If they keep replenshing the account when you hit the threshold, that means the $15 never ever get's used.
Is this really how that works?

yes, instead of a deposit on your transponder there's a threshold.
if you read the TOS they do an estimate of your monthly or some sort of minimum blahblahblah... i get an $80 hit about every month.
