whatever...FF1 was an entertaining movie. you have to go in with the right attitude. since it doesnt take itself seriously, you dont have to either. its supposed to be silly; its an action movie. F&F2 was just a lousy movie altogether. i LIKE vin and i think the reason why the second movie sucked is because he wasnt in it and aul walker sucks my butt. therefore, with no paul walker and with vin diesel, F&F3 should be awesome

 

i thikn they should make a movie thats anti-street racing, like..a movie..where all the street racers die cuz the car god zapped htem with lighting and blew their "nos", and they all try to fly over bridges but goes in the water, and then they show auto xers and track day nuts with all the hoes and *****es..yeah...

I agree too that they shouldn't have the WRX in there to make it look bad.. But from 2F2F, did it make the lancer and eclipse convertible more popular? Anyway u cut it, that eclipse is a POS!! Plus those awful paint jobs.. ugg!@!

Believe it or not, but I have never seen The Fast and the Furious or 2F2F. Just watching the trailors makes me mad.

I think F&F1 was good. They did their research. Also Vin Diesel is pretty cool. In the first movie there were obviosly sponsors but not the blatent crap that was in the second. The Supra and the rx-7 and the eclipse were cool in the first one. F&F2 however was horrible. I was sorry i even watched it. The only think that is cool about the dvd is the "Turbocharged sequal" thing. It was short and to the point and had better races than were even in the movie. The only car that was really cool in the F&F2 was of course the Skyline. Also there was a WRX in F&F2. It was the APC WRX AHHHHHH! and it was just bareley in ne of the scenes when they first go to the garage after talking to the FBI. I say that if they didtch some of the blatent advertising tand they get the director from the first movie back and the whole movie is not full of mitsu's i would be happy. Hopefully there will be some JDM cars in this and they better be realistic.

 

I dont know if this has been said yet and I dont feel like trying to read the whole thread but Vin Diesel would have been in 2F2F but was shooting for Chronicles of Riddik. They wouldnt wait for him to finish the shooting on COR so they went ahead with Tyrese, which is why he is now back and in number 3...which is sure to be just as good as the first 2, YAY FOR STREET GLOW!

 

All you car guys complain about movies misportraying the car scene, have you ever thought what MARTIAL ARTISTS think about when Hollywood comes up with this stupid "Kung Fu" movies that blow **** with unrealism and weak moves? You have any idea how much it pisses me off when I do martial arts, and I talk to a dumb asian chick at a party and she goes "O you do kung fu? I love kung fu, like Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon stuff?", or when I tell a dumb sorority chick I like cars, and she goes "O you mean like in The Fast and The Furious?". I've given up explaining to people about how I like cars because of the machine, and how automotibe engineering is the ultimate embodiment of everything that comprises mechanical engineering, etc. There are the dumb masses in the world, and you gotta appeal to them when you make a movie. And that's that.

 

Yeah - as if I didn't love this movie enough already, they put in EXTRA under-body neon on EVERY car. It's rice-tastic!!!!

 

Damn, I havent thought of it that way. To have put so much time and devotion into practicing ur martial arts to have movies throw that bull**** hollywood spin on it. If I were you I would still be very proud of all the hard work u have put into that, regarldess of what ignorant people say....and that goes for us car guys as well...all the money and time spent workin on all these WRX's, STi's, RS's, etc.

 

dude i would much rather have Vin back over Paul Walker.. that guy is lame ,, oooh and sicne it take places in Japan does that mean i dont have to watch stupid *** rappers like ja rule and ludacris trying to act ?? i hope theygo for less of the ugly cars with way too much graphics on htem and go for more of the preformance intial D kinda look that'd be awesome
