I currently have 21st centry for my auto insurance and Farmers' for my property. When I first got my place, I wanted to go with Farmers' as well, to take advantage of the multi policy discount. But he flat out told me to stay with 21st because he couldn't beat them in price. But he recently gave me a call and told me that they just got some new rates and it's a lot better than before. So I gave him my current policy and asked him to match it. It came out ~$150 cheaper than my current policy, which expires in 15 days. I asked him bunch of questions and different scenarios. It's pretty much the same as 21st. He'll have the formal policy written up for me by Wednesday so I can decide to go with them or not.

Just a heads up for those that are hunting for lower rate.
