Fantasy football question
I have a draft tomorrow and have the 5th pick. To me the 5th pick this year is one of the worst picks. I've ranked my players and the first 4 are pretty easy.
Peterson, Turner, Forte, MJD. The 5th spot is tough.
If you have the 5th who would you take?
If the first 4 are not those guys who are they?
Non PPR, standard points with 4 points for TD pass.

Steven Jackson - Hmmm ... Well when you have to worry about the St. Louis Deep Threat Receivers like _____ & _____ ...... Uhm ..... Right their top receiver is Avery. Oh yeah, Avery is injured. Well Jackson will be a TD machine then just like last year as he scored his first TD .... Game 4 against Buffalo.
Yeah, I'm just not buying Jackson being the guy he could potentially be. The St. Louis O-Line is not exactly the best in the business. They have a bunch of no-name receivers. The team is rebuilding right now and just not looking like a super competitive team.
I would still take: Westbrook, Gore, L.T. Chris Johnson, DeAngelo Williams or Slaton over Jackson (Assuming Peterson, Turner, Forte & MJD are all off the board by the 5th pick).

gore might be well since the 9ers offense play is "give gore the rock" and if that can't rush the passer they should have the ball enough. The draw back of Deangelo Williams is they also have jonathan stewart who will take away some of his carries.

Personally, I'd reach for DeAngelo Williams. I hear he's still going to get a decent workload. However, with a healthy Delhomme, Steve Smith's in the mix in that offense. The time share with The Daily Show does worry most. I haven't trusted St. Louis' o-line for the past few years. Otherwise, SJax would've been a no brainer. Frank Gore is an obvious good bet. With Shaun Hill in the middle, Josh Morgan possibly breaking out and Vernon Davis coming to his senses, there's enough gaps for Gore to rip some decent runs.

Deangelo Williams would be a good pick. Chris Johnson would be too he's so fast. How about Clinton Portis. He's consistant and has always had 1000+ yards every one of his seasons. Washingtons offense looks a lot better so it's something to think about
