Tim. for me, it's getting into shape, and knowing something to protect myself if anything were to ever happen. I walk away from fights, but, sometimes, you can't. I've never been beat down, but, i don't intend on that ever happening. I don't get into trouble like i used to in HS, but trouble from HS at times has followed me around in my post HS years. I hate it when people can't drop old funk.
