Hey Eric,
I would side with you on the catless issue, but I don't feel it is just to allow all pre-1972 cars to have zero smog restrictions.
The fact is, our cars running catless polute alot less than a V-10 Ford of Dodge motor, or even V-8 motors with cats.
Just my opinion.

i have the hks carbon ti with gruppe-s uppipe and helix downpipe. Nice rumble at idle and not to loud IMO when driving. When you get on it it opens up though and is really nice.
