tools required:

a 2 ton wheel jack
2 jack stands
ratchet set w/ possibly breaker bar or steel pipe to get some leverage

annnnd that's pretty much it? follow online instructions, plenty o youtube.

tools i use for making life easy:
4 wheel ramps
2 jack stands for safety
a 2 ton wheel jack
digital torque wrench & ratchets
some wd40 & exhaust hanger remover.

easily less than an hour job.

Otherwise, i'd take it to Andy's

"HE's a swell guy" Story:
I went to andy's to get a custom muffler installed. He did all the handy work, even removed my resonator. Paid the guy & I loved it for a few days, then found the droning to be horrible. came back to have resonator reinstalled. he reinstalled, free of charge. fast forward a few weeks later and the droning is still bugging me. ended up swapping back to stock. he completely understood and did all the welding work to swap back to stock, and did it for free When i asked midas to do it cuz they were closer, they wanted $200.
