yeah but

Scenery pictures can look like crap if you have a point and click.
Washed and out of focus, whereas capturing a person you have a much better chance of getting a memorable shot. A good fridge shot.
Scenery to be done well needs a good lens(wide angle) and tripod and careful attention to lighting.
Its not hard to do with a point and click but you have a much higher chance of messing it up. Not many point and clickers bracket their shots.

Anyway
Asians like portrait for longevity and memory.
To show an old grandma who can barely see and thinks WWE wrestling is demons at battle on live tv.

dude i like the jdm babes in those pictures, especially the leather skirt girl and the girl with the faded 80's-era jeans.

oh and those stances made me LOL, but i did a crouching tiger stance last night taking pictures of my car and im white so go figure
