so i drove over a tent stake this weekend and it shot up directly through my evap canister, which now leaks whatever those little black granules are inside it. my instinct is to duc it, is that a terrible idea? is it something i "have" to replace? anyone have one laying around they'd like to sell? its for an 04 wgn.

 

probably not a good idea to tape it. I doubt anyone has one laying around unless they are parting out a car.
