Whiteline just recently released a new version of the endlinks with a different finish, presumably for better protection. I have them on the FXT. I had the HD endlinks on my wagon previously and loved them.

Aren't those only on the wagon (the C shaped rears)? IIRC sedan are same front and rear and are the same style as the GH/GR.

I've heard/read nothing but excellent reviews about RCE Tarmac T2s. These are not cheap coilovers.

Car will be mostly track/autox. Not driven on street everyday.

Let's stick to my original question though.

Ok, yeah Tarmac2's are not "cheap" so no worries there. But you already have Bilsteins so that's pretty darn good right there. I don't know your goals, but since you're not trying to cheap out here or just trying to "get rid of fender gap" then my crusade is done.

Endlinks are so easy... do em later.

Naaa on the GD/GG the rear C-shaped endlinks were exactly the same for sedan/wagon.

Ah, so it was only the STI that was different and the FXT uses the same setup, because my front and rear endlinks are the same.

Yeah, it's the best setup for a dual purpose car. I tracked/autox-ed on them many times. But I want something better in a handling department as the car won't be driven much on a street.

Getting rid of fender gap is at the end of my priorities. I actually love that Bilsteins+RCE springs give almost no drop in height compared to stock setup. It's the perfect setup for s street car that sees track and autox sometimes.

Endlinks are so easy... do em later.
That's true.

Yup. The STI used longer lateral links and a bolt on box mount for the endlink, whereas both the WRX sedan/wagon used lateral links with the box welded onto the link (which creates a weak point, it's the point that usually breaks). The FXT has a bunch of similarities to the STI. Looks like you get the aluminum control arms too... and you have the STI track width, unlike the handicapped GG wagon.

I picked up a set of aluminum control arms and did the links and RCE at the same time. Yes, axles and arms are the same as the sedan on FXT. One of the reasons I switched to it from the GG.
