when you take apart the lenses, there's a little chrome trim insert inside. just pop that off, sand it and paint it.
i have some detailed pics if you'd like to see. lemme know.

Thanks, I remember now. I cleared my headlights like 2 years ago. I forgot about the insert. Once I finish up this semester I will have some free time to tear apart my lights again on weekends. I will paint them and post pics.

the subaru engineers did that on purpose. Not to mention the front fender wells are taller so if they look exactly the same that means your front is actually lower thus going against the angles engineered into the suspension and decreasing performance. yeah for looks over function.

That's why you put on an ALK to aleviate the decrease in caster you get from having the front a little lower than the rear. They didn't make the front higher cuz it handles better, they made it that way so Joe Consumer wouldn't scrape when he charges into his driveway.
So what Eibach PN did you use? I was thinking of using the STI application cuz it drops the front a bit more than the back, and I think it fits my 2.5RS, as well as WRX applications.
