So my flashing failed part way through, and I tried many times (for about a half hour) to try and get a good flash, but it never happened, so I finally turned off the car.

I've tried unplugging the battery, and still nothing. I can't connect to it to read from it. So I went to the the dealer with the ECU, thinking they could plug it in to something to read from it, but they said they need the car.

Replacement from them is about $630, so I'm wondering if anyone here works for Subaru and know how much it'll be to get it installed and reprogrammed due to the immobilizer.
