definitely sounds like he's trying to BS you. The best thing you can do in this situation is not get defensive or threatening. Remain calm and polite and request pictures of the damaged lights immediately. Tell him that you will not do anything about the situation until you have the pictures, and after that any returns are up to your discretion.

 

let him file with paypal

- provide the shipping information
- give them the pictures of the condition of the lights before they left

make sure he gives you pics of the damaged lights. He also might have a set that he broke and trying to scam you by saying these are the ones you sent him.

Did he pay for shipping insurance?

 

He says "I thought something was funny from the get go on these tail lights. "So why the heck did he buy them?He is proly going to send you his old beat up pair or something, dont let him scam you.

I filed a claim with pay pal and ended all contact with him. And no, he didn't buy shipping insurance.... But he hasn't contacted me since I asked him what was wrong with them and told him that the reason I bought new tail lights was because I thought the 07's were oooooggglllyyyy.. no offense to those who like them...
