do you guys know of the quality at the sunol station?...
I usually fill at the propel off montague or the pearsons in oakland...
I'm on my way to the east bay and curious if i should even try that pump.

I tested it one time last year right along side propel on Montague. They were the same @ ~83-85. I have also filled up several times (at least 10) there and no issues for me. I 'prefer' propel though. Sunols pricing is always higher than propel. When propel was 1.99, sunol was still like 2.89 and when i asked, they said they don't sell enough of it. Could be cause for concern but ill keep going there until i have an issue.

Capitol Chevron/Propel is less than a mile away so I usually fill up there once a week. Lately have been coming home late and stop by after the station has closed (11 or so).

Find it funny that the Chevron pumps are shut off but at least 3-4 people pull in every time, looking at me filling up. They then pull off when they see the LCD informing them of bad news and usually give me a second look when they go.

Up to $2.25 at Redwood City??

Btw the A st propel is no longer. Someone else owns it. Got e81 there last week.

I wonder why prices for e85 are trending upwards now. 2.19 in San Jose. Was 1.85 for the longest time.

Now... if Pearson or Propel would hurry the f*** up and build some more stations.
Seriously, it's been what... 4 years since the bay area has seen a new E85 station?
STILL nothing between San Jose and San Luis Obispo.
There's a goddamn race track in Salinas and no one has installed a pump in the area

I know this was from 2yrs ago, but has anyone tested or have any comments about the Fremont station as of this year, 2017?

I'd like to get a dedicated e85 tune around September but would be hesitant if the paseo station (closeset one to me) is still reading so low.

Thanksgiving bump!

Going in for my E85 tune next Friday. Checking if anyone happens to have a tester I could borrow? Thinking about ordering one but would rather not wait since my tune appt is a week from tomorrow.

Debating whether I should get the fuel from the station off A Street in Hayward or from the one on Paseo Padre in Fremont. I also called up the Sunol Super Stop and they have E85 too.
