Question DUDE! My car is making funky noises, grrrrr

So I get in my car this morning and start it up, (let it warm up for a few minutes) and as I put it into gear, I hear this rattling sound coming from my engine bay....so I pop the hood, and start listening to try and pinpoint the noise....It sounded like a "rattle" or maybe kinda like a fan blade just barely knicking something.

Standing in front of the car looking under the hood, The sound, Sounds like it is coming from the left hand side of the engine (turbo side). Then I touch the throttle to up the RPMs a bit, and the sound stops, but as soon as the engine comes back down to idle speed it comes back.

Now the funny thing is, I said it, because I was already nearly an hour late for work, and by the time I got to work (the engine was nice and warm) the noise was not there anymore, even at idle. This is the first time I have ever heard that noise before, and I know I am not imagining it, because I could hear it really loud inside the car.

Any ideas? Mike or Gino....you guys gonna be at the shop this evening before UCKK? If so, I want some sway bars (f/r) and possibly strut tower braces (f/r) I have some cash burning a hole in my pocket.......plus I want to see if maybe you guys can diagnose my funky noise issues.....

Thanks in advance

Nope thats not it, when I was leaving for lunch I thought about that and checked it....it is as tight as can be....Plus I was able to pinpoint the sound....it is DEFINITELY coming from the Turbo....sounds like a bushing getting sloppy but it tightens up when it is warm....either way its NOT good, I have a feeling my turbo doesnt have much life left in it, and its not even a year old yet! grrrrrrrrr

Do a search at NABISCO for timing belt tensioner failure. It tends to knock and rattle real loud in colder weather. My car does this on real cold mornings. I am bringing my car to the shop tomorrow for my clutch shudder TSB and this same timing belt tensioner problem. It is a known problem. And it will only get worse.

Yea, I checked that yesterday and again this morning. The heatshields are all tight as can be.

No, No, and No...pretty much all stock with the exception of a BOV.

Although this morning when I started my car up and the noise started, I popped the hood and started to double check the heatshields and such....and (before the exhaust heated up too much) I was able to place my hand directly on the exhaust housing on the turbo and could literally, physically FEEL something knocking around in there, like its out of whack, or something has broken off inside. Maybe one of the fins on the exhaust turbine? but that doesnt explain why it goes away when then engine is warmed up.
