Hello I-Club.

Sooo last week I was taking my friend home and we were hit by a drunk driver! He was initially in the left turn lane, but decided to go straight right as I was next to him - so he plowed into the driver side rear bumper/quarter panel when I was driving past. He tried to get away in his accord and sped off making the first right - but there is no escaping an sti coommee oon....

I followed him to get his plates and called the cops. Luckily, there was one close-by and I stopped to let the officer do his thing. They eventually took him down.

Now I have to find a good body shop! My alignment is a little bit off now too...

Any recommendations?

 

Mikes Auto Body is good, they're in Concord and Walnut Creek. Not sure about the Fremont area.

no, the drunk idiot got pep sprayed in the face though.

that was pretty awesome.

and yes he really tried to run. he tried to pull a few Ohh look i'm turning left. WAIT NO IM TURNING RIGHT! Cuz he was really drunk and crafty.

I think popping him a few times in the face would almost make paying my $500 deductible worth it.

He may actually have insurance though- im still waiting on that.

Yea it sucks your car got nailed but at least you and your friend were not hurt!

 

that's the most important thing!! you are ok and car will get fixed. I have very sour taste in my mouth about drunk driver...AAARRGG!!

 

If you mean Mike Rose, I say two thumbs down. I had them do 3 different cars for a total of 4 visits, only the second visit was good. The other 3 all had issues, and they didn't address them. I'm very unhappy with them...in fact the last and final visit had paint drips that they said couldn't be fixed...WTF?
