Problem Solved.

Verizon gave me a new phone. There was no way to recover it apparently.

Conversation went like this.

Me: Hi. My phone won't load past the M logo. It won't go into recovery, but I can get it into the bootloader, which gives me the error 2c.7c.

Him: Oh I can fix it it. I'll just get it into recovery and just so you know, we will have to wipe your phone.

Me: Sure. but I just told you it won't go into recovery.

Him: See you just hold the buttons like this... oh.. it went straight to the bootloader. Hold on.

He gets on the computer and I assume he searched the error code. 30 seconds later...

Him: Well we're going to give you a new phone...

I was there for all of 5 minutes. lol I asked what caused the issue but he said he wasn't sure.
