That's why you need to have helmet cam(s) and be able to record this type of negligence, so you can take the driver for everything they are worth. If I end up getting a bike in the summer, I will have forward and rear facing ones. And if anyone decided to pull the same stunt with me, it would be the last thing they did as a free person. Good luck with everything!

Glad you're not too banged up from the accident. So are you going to have your insurance fix the bike now?

wow hope you are ok!! Like others said the bike can be fixed or replaced so thankfully you are ok. Hopefully someone else saw what happened and reported the people in the suv. Maybe contact the local pd and see if anyone reported anything for you and make a report of what happened to you also for insurance reasons. Best wishes to you!

glad your safe and ok. Sucks about your bike, but like others have said, that is replaceable.

As far as the driver of the SUV. They probably are eating breakfast right now with no worries on their mind becuase they probably didnt think they caused the accident. People are so stuck in their little driving worlds, they never see the bike or small car next to them.

chank...good to see you safe and posting on here, haha...it always good. yeah, people with suv never look where they are going, they blink, then cut to the other lane. Some of them will just drive like they are the king of the road, and most can't even see where they are going...

glad that u r safe, o...watch out for the mini van next time too...especially with asian lady driving...

Wow...that f-ed up. Glad your alright.

What about bikers that hit and run all the time while splitting traffic?

I have seen more than a few scratch the **** out of cars & break off mirrors while splitting lanes...and then taking off.
