drivers who hit and run bikers.

I just wanna say F**K YOU! who ever you were in the black SUV, you made me lowside and almost killed me. i could have been ran over by another car. my bike did 360's all the way to the intersection and thank god it's still in one piece and ride-able.

and to those people who didn't help me pick up and 300+ pound bike thanks for just going around me. geez people these days.

Ouch that sucks, I was once hit and ran by a student driver while being instructed. I was on a 10 speed nonetheless I know how you are feeling. At least my people were caught 5 minutes after it happened. I hope you are alright and hopefully someone notices the paint missing on the black suv and reports it. Or they report it themselves,

Man, I naturally will stop and help by instinct, and if I don't, it will haunt me for a very long time.

What the hell is wrong with people? Why wouldn't they stop to help? I just don't understand how selfish and lame people can be. Makes me mad just thinking about it.

I hope the SUV that hit you rolls on an off ramp sometime soon. What a bastard.

Glad you're OK man, just be glad that you're alive and well enough to post about it here! This could have happened very differently.

Say a prayer tonight man.

Assuming your a woman, it can be pretty tough to pick up you bike, especially after a lay down. Good to hear your ok, Karma will deal with the people who wronged you.

What kind of bike is it? I lowsided my bike on the track and my cover took the slide without busting.

glad to hear youre ok. be careful out there. at least you made it out in one piece. you can fix or get another bike. your life is way more important than a few thousand dollars.

i was riding around story rd and 101. not only was traffic on the city streets, but there are some idiots on the road around there. two guys in a beat up early 90's accord was trying to match my start off from a light. at the next light, i lane split to the front while they had to wait in traffic.

RIDE SAFE. BE SAFE

when i took my helmet off that's when someone FINALLY stopped for me. "oh its a girl!" i have a r6 i dropped it once on the engine cover trying to move it. so i'm guessing that it was already scratched and the lowside made it worse.

There are ignorant people, and there are people who just plain didn't see you. Gotta ride defensively considering ANY car around you probably doesn't see you. There are others like I remember a post on BARF when a lady just plain told a motorcycle rider that while in her SUV, she isn't looking for bikers, or things that small. She's looking for other vehicles, and unfortunately she just doesn't pay attention to motorcyclists or consider them near her (ignorant, but truthful). Obviously people drive like asshats all the time and because you're on the bike, (even if it was their mistake) you are the one that will always be injured. Ride safe and defensively.

Your bike is easily picked up by the correct method. Even a small girl can do it.

If you're on BARF, I think you would have known how to pick it up as there are helpful newbie guides on there.
