i think he meant that turbo spool up would be slower than the optimal setup, which would be the catless uppipe & catless downpipe combo.

it would be faster, yes, but i don't know by how much. you can run a search on helix uppipe & downpipe to see what users are experiencing.

On my car i am fully catless w/ every exhaust piece changed. Running header, uppipe, downpipe, catback. Like i said in my previous post, at idle i can't smell a thing unless my face is right by the exhaust. When getting on it and behind the car its pretty hard to notice the smell, the only reason people get pulled over is because they have loud exhausts and then the cop will inspect and see that you don't have cats.
