Downpipe fitment problem

My new downpipe seems to be not aligning with the far left stud on the turbo, what do i do? Anyone in East San Jose want to come by and help?

K got it on, I need a 3 inch flat gasket now though, I don't know which one I should get that will be good.

@fluke I think I'm gonna get the grimmspeed then, can't argue with OEM design.
