680 is full of pace cars. When they brake check me. I just start recording their driving habits and brake checks. So if they cause a accident I can show the CHP their skills. Then fill a claim to fix the scratch on my truck bumper. As they haul their Prius away in scrap...

Tailgating is unsafe whether the car is driving too slow or not. Even though you are technically not responsible if you get them on video brake checking and causing an accident, its still WRONG. They won't have to brake check if you DON'T tailgate.
If people drive too slow in the left lane I'll usually move to the right and try to pass safely. THAT'S the right thing to do. Drive defensively.

 

Man... I'm trying to teach my wife not to camp in the left lane.
